Thank you for using windays (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Summary

windays does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect, store, or sell your personal information on our own servers. Your routine data stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account.

However, the App uses third-party services (such as Google AdMob for advertising) that may collect certain information automatically, as described below.

2. Information stored on your device

• Routine and habit data (routine names, emojis, schedules, completion records) is stored locally on your device.
• If you sign in to iCloud, this data may sync through Apple iCloud to your other devices. This data is stored in your own Apple account and is not accessible to the developer.
• You can delete all of this data at any time by deleting the App.

3. Calendar access (optional)

If you grant calendar permission, the App may:

• Read public holiday information from your device's calendar to display it.
• Save your completed routines to your device calendar (only when you turn this on).

This calendar data stays on your device / in your own iCloud calendar. The developer does not receive or store it.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process information such as device identifiers (e.g., advertising identifier / IDFA), IP address, and ad interaction data. This may be used for personalized or non-personalized advertising.

• For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, the App presents a consent request (GDPR) before personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform.
• On iOS, the App also requests permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You can decline tracking and still use the App fully.
