Our Arcs get £1000 a year to spend on your learning, benefits and wellbeing. You can choose to use the full amount for learning, or choose to use half of the budget to enhance your benefits and wellbeing.

Life Event: Take one day for a life event per year!
Winter Holidays: We close over the Christmas and New Year period, and you don’t need to use your annual leave allowance for this time off.

Whether you're visiting family and friends, want a change of scenery or just fancy some sunshine - our Arcs can work outside of the UK for up to 8 weeks per calendar year once they've passed their probation.

This is not one we like to think about, but if you pass away whilst employed with us, a tax-free payment of 4 times your basic salary will be made to whoever you would like to receive it.
