Chance is our bonus plan! It's funded by company and individual performance and gives Arcs the opportunity to super charge their bonus with epic or game changer performance.

After you’ve passed probation, you’ll be automatically registered in PZU with you contributing 2%, and iTech contributing 2%. We want to support you in saving money for your future so if you decide to increase your contribution - we’ll do the same: up to 4%

Our Arcs get €1,000 (estimated zł4,600**)** a year to spend on your learning, benefits and wellbeing. You can choose to use the full amount for learning, or choose to use half of the budget to enhance your benefits and wellbeing.

We want everyone to be set up to ship greatness, so you can use this one-off budget of €250 (estimated zł1,200) to help upgrade your work space at home.

We have a great referral scheme in place at iTech and encourage our Arcs to refer great talent. We offer several types of referral bonus for these hires that pass probation to say thank you for helping us grow!

Annual Leave: 26 days regardless of documented employment tenure + public holidays
Birthday: Take your birthday off!
Life Event: Take one day for a life event per year!
Winter Holidays: We close over the Christmas and New Year period, and you don’t need to use your annual leave allowance for this time off.
Volunteering Days: Take a couple days a year to volunteer with a charity of your choice

In July and August we close at 3pm your local time every Friday so you can enjoy the sunshine with family and friends, take a flight, hit a bar, whatever you like!

After 4 years of service you have a 2-week sabbatical in addition to your annual leave, plus zł17,000 (gross) to spend. How awesome is that?

We offer comprehensive medical care via Inter.
