Interview process

• Our first introduction to each other (30 minute talent screen)

• A deeper exploration of how you work (60 minute interview with 2 members of the team)

• Getting to know the team (60 minute interview with 2 members of the team)

• Working Task (Paid up to 5 hours, and often with a 1 hour presentation/discussion)

• Coffee Meets ☕️ (2 to 3, 30 minute conversations)

• Exec Meet (30 to 60 minute conversation)

• Contract finalisation!
