Interview process

👋 Talent Screening - our first introduction to each other

After receiving your application, we invite you to an initial screening chat, where we can get to know you better and address any questions you may have. Your Hiring Manager or someone from our Talent team will chat to you for about 20minutes, leaving a few minutes for you to ask us questions too.

This conversation will be high-level and (hopefully) pretty casual. We will also confirm your location, notice period, salary expectations, and any key skills required. There is no need for you to prepare anything for this call.

🤓 How You Work - deeper exploration of your experience

If you and the Hiring Manager think this may be a good match, we'll arrange a 1h conversation with two members of our team and the aim to understand how you work as a Product Manager.

About 80% of the time will be spent talking about one of your past projects in some depth, so we’ll ask you to think ahead which project you’d like to bring to the table.
