May 2022 - Present | Frontend/UX Engineer
- Currently working on the launch of a new Bing vertical, primarily focusing on accessibility, interaction, and design systems.
- Collaborated closely with the design team to bring a stronger brand voice to multiple products with tasteful and strategic interactive and animated UI.
- Developed and significantly enhanced multiple design systems, including creating one new system from the ground up.
- Led the effort on several high-traffic top-of-funnel pages, attracting nearly 5 million monthly views, and implemented A/B/n testing to guide strategic decisions with the product team.
- Effectively triaged and helped resolve over 300 accessibility issues following a thorough post-acquisition audit.

- Started and grew the agency’s technical team as the first software engineering hire, helping define the company’s technical strategy and offerings.
- Managed and executed all technical aspects of various client projects, including developing design systems for Code42, internal editorial content for Nike, and global customer experiences for Apple, as well as overhauling multiple large e-commerce sites.
- Developed and designed internal tools using React, Tailwind, ReScript, and GraphQL/Hasura, streamlining agency operations and resolving company process issues leading to better data integrity.
- Transformed complex workshop processes into a web application to improve standardization in the agency’s offerings.
- Led and maintained the agency's website and editorial platform, collaborating with designers on user experience and information architecture. Contributed to over 15 interactive art-directed articles, continuously improving the platform over several years.
