Who we are

WellTheory is a remote, seed-stage startup on a mission to reverse the autoimmune epidemic backed by some of the top investors in consumer and healthcare. To do that, we are combining food as medicine, community care, and personalized insights from health data to build a membership experience that supports women no matter where they are in their autoimmune journey.

Autoimmune conditions cost the US healthcare system $100b each year, and they disproportionately affect women. Since health is 80% lifestyle-driven, there is a huge healing impact of food, movement, stress management, and sleep on autoimmune conditions.

About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Health Coach to join our Care Team.

First and foremost, we're looking for people who are excited about the problem we're solving—you don't need to have an autoimmune condition yourself, but you should have an interest in or passion for the space we're building.

Coaches are an integral part of each member’s collaborative care team. You will collaborate closely with our Nutritional Therapists and Registered Dietitians to help our members carry out their Care Plans. You will play a key role in supporting the care journey for WellTheory members and working closely with them to help them achieve their health goals.

Over the next few months, we will be launching with a number of new partners. As an early member of WellTheory's care team, you will play a key role in developing and executing the care journey for WellTheory members and working closely with them to help them achieve their health goals. You’ll work with our team to learn about integrating into the healthcare system. This is a rare opportunity to help an early-stage, mission-driven company grow.
