Conditions of Participation – Academy Spark Change 2021
By entering into this “Academy Spark Change 2021” competition (“Competition”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any information published by the Organiser about the Competition at https://academy.tech/spark-change-2021 or set out elsewhere in the application process form part of these terms and conditions.

Definitions
1. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to UK non-computer science undergraduates and master students aged 18 years and above on the final day of the application period on midday 26th April.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- The Competition is only open to individuals not teams.
- Each Participant may only submit one (1) Idea.
- Participants must create their own work, and not copy text, images, audio, or video recordings from third parties
- Each Applicant will act in good faith, reasonably cooperate with any requests from Academy in a timely manner and not act in a manner which may adversely affect
Academy's reputation, or adversely affect the health, safety or wellbeing of
Academy's staff or that of any other Applicant.
2. Timetable of the competition
Exact dates for announcing the "Winners" will be confirmed closer to the time. All dates are subject to change by Academy.
