Our task was to research an internet community in a niche of our choice and identify products that can be designed for the users of the community.
Immerse yourself into an internet community to understand how people spend time in that community. And prepare a research report to study user patterns and identify products that can be designed for the users of the community.
We would like to tell you a small story before we tell you exactly what our niche is. Being part of an internet community makes it very easy to find like-minded folks with whom you can team. But, in our case, we missed this boat and were left alone stranded with no one to team up with. Little did we know this was a blessing in disguise as it allowed us to connect and find a team with great chemistry and lots of positive vibes.
A quick 20-minute call sealed our fate, and we chose NFTs as our niche as that was the topic we were most curious about. We are also grateful to Arjit (who makes an appearance later in the case study) for giving us a head-start in the metaverse of NFTs.
