Vyzer ****is a digital-first, wealth control and management platform focused on bringing value to millions of accredited investors in the US. Empowering them to control and manage their wealth, specifically alternative investments, by automatically tracking investment performance, analyzing financial documents, tracking investment cash transactions, providing insights and recommendations based on crowd sourced, AI driven data and more.
We are looking for a customer success manager who can provide ongoing support to our customers and insure the most amazing experience possible which requires the highest level of service.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction. You will also work closely with the team at Vyzer to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
