Whether you’re looking to share your prototype, get feedback, or work together – invite as many teammates as viewers as you’d like, for free, on Starter, Pro and Team workspaces.
Pro / Team accounts can add unlimited collaborators by clicking here
Free (grandfathered) workspaces cannot add unlimited collaborators to grandfathered existing workspaces.
To add unlimited collaborators, you must start a new workspace, this won't affect your current free workspace.
In the Voiceflow dashboard (when you first login), click on the "New workspace" button in the left-hand side of the dashboard navigation bar. When you create a new Starter workspace, you can invite an unlimited number of Editor and Viewer collaborators.
Once on your new workspace, go to the top right of the workspace view and click "+" From there, you'll be able to add new people to collaborate and view your workspace and its projects!
In the Voiceflow dashboard (when you first login), click on the workspace settings icon to see what plan your workspace is on:
