Welcome to the Cliniko Integration guide for Vively Health. If you do not have a Vively Health account, sign up for free here.

<aside> đź’ˇ Note: the Cliniko integration copies a client from Cliniko to Vively (and copies a PDF of their glucose report back to Cliniko). The integration does not sign you in to Vively.

Make sure you are signed in to your Vively account (the one with the Cliniko integration) before opening a client from Cliniko into Vively.

<aside> 📌 Not receiving PDF versions of glucose reports? Vively is only able to send PDF versions of assigned programs to normal Cliniko account types, and not to accounts with reduced permissions, such as a Scheduler account.
