About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead and evolve our global Solutions Architecture team, spanning California to London. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends leadership, process design, and technical excellence. You’ll own how our team delivers pre-sales trials, implementation readiness, and customer enablement—ensuring every motion is efficient, consistent, and outcome-driven.
You’ll manage a team of 7 Solutions Architects, guiding them through process improvements, skill development, and collaboration across time zones. If you’re the kind of leader who loves to build playbooks, coach others, and constantly improve how teams operate—this one’s for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of Solutions Architects across North America and Europe
- Build scalable frameworks for technical trials, onboarding, and handoffs from pre-sales to implementation
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design and execute proof-of-value motions that convert at a high rate
- Develop training, enablement programs, and collateral that raise technical and customer-facing excellence
- Continuously improve processes—streamlining workflows, documentation, and data visibility in Vitally
- Define and track KPIs that measure success across trial conversion, time-to-value, and implementation quality
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, CS, and RevOps to align strategy, systems, and outcomes
- Operate as both a player and coach—jumping into deals, refining architecture, or leading enablement sessions as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Pre-Sales Engineering, including team leadership experience
- Proven success in designing or scaling technical trial and implementation processes for SaaS or platform products
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and fostering collaboration across regions
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable translating complex systems into clear, customer-ready value stories
- A process-driven mindset: you thrive on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills—you make complexity simple and execution repeatable
- Passion for mentoring others, improving workflows, and measuring success with clear, actionable KPIs
