About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder and deal closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract signature—driving revenue growth by helping mid-market companies unlock the full value of our platform. This role combines business acumen, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and the company.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and buying process, tailoring your approach to deliver maximum value.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that clearly communicate ROI and differentiate our platform in the market.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, solutions consultants, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful evaluation process.
- Develop account strategies, stakeholder maps, and deal plans to drive predictable pipeline progression and maximize win rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to share market insights, influence roadmap priorities, and refine go-to-market messaging.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, preferably selling to mid-market companies.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding $800K+ annual sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with data-driven sales processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with technical and customer-facing teams.
