VitaDAO is a novel community-owned longevity fund that is looking for an exceptional Venture Principal to play a significant role in accelerating our dealflow.
VitaDAO funds research projects in the longevity space in exchange for a stake in their future intellectual property rights or royalties.
Our mission is to extend human lifespan by researching, financing, and commercializing longevity therapeutics in an open and democratic manner.
Members can join VitaDAO by purchasing VITA tokens or earning them through contributions to the DAO or by providing intellectual property.
You will be taking a crucial part in accelerating our dealflow and working closely with seasoned longevity experts (that include academic researchers, startup founders, venture capitalists).

Your Responsibilities
- Build relationships with researchers, operators in the aging & longevity space
- Manage projects seeking funding, gather due diligence, and liaise with independent evaluators
- Manage our funnel and CRM, following up on projects and tasks within the Working Group
- Be a go-to point for internal and external business partners
- Support long-term and medium-term business and planning to ensure most effective progress on key priorities
What you bring
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role in a startup, institute or fund
- Resourcefulness, relentlessness, proactivity
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to set priorities, and work in a dynamic office environment
- Excellent proactive follow-up skills
- You have an exceptional work ethic accompanied by a positive, get-it-done attitude
- You are a thinker and have high attention to detail, organization, and process
- You are proficient in English; additional language skills would be a plus
- You have strong communication skills, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset
