Rakuten India is the second-largest technology hub of Rakuten outside Japan that enables & builds platforms for global E-commerce, Payments, Digital, AI and Data Science services across the globe.

My Role

I worked in the CEO office department on UX of multiple b2b products across web and mobile that were to be used by both internal customers and external customers worldwide as one of the two core designers.

One of the major products that I contributed to is Rakuten SixthSense which is a unified observability platform that uses AI to monitor and analyze your applications, infrastructure, and data pipelines in real time. The made-in-India solution is now being positioned globally.
