I joined Leaf Studios, an Indian audio consumer electronics brand focused on AI-driven sound personalisation, as a winter intern but also as the sole product designer on a 5-person team.
The mandate was to update the core product experience for a new patent-backed AI sound personalisation app, with a strong emphasis on a barrier-free user flow from onboarding to hearing test to everyday listening.
The team operated on a lean cadence with shipping design-led changes to production on a daily basis.
With the Leaf App you can take your hearing test and create your unique hearing profile. When this profile is activated, your sound would be personalised to you and will not damage your ears at loud volumes. It is just like you have your unique fingerprint, this technology creates your ear print.
