Marking the beginning of spring for many Vercelians, March has been a great opportunity to get the entire team on the same page about our values, strategy and vision.
We also used the time to complete a number of outstanding essential features and start planning our upcoming Next.js Conf, which is scheduled for June 8th (Save the date!).

Deal Highlights
- Key Expansion Deal:
- Barstool Sports just signed a 2-year, $144k expansion to continue running its web properties. Barstool Sports serves 500,000 visitors per day. They're a great example of high-traffic ad-backed media success running top to bottom on Next.js and Vercel.
- Key Net New Deals:
- GitHub has long been a self-serve customer, however this month we were able to secure a $90k 25-seat deal driven by the GitHub docs team for internal prototyping and collaboration. The primary driver for this upgrade was the recently (soft)launched SAML SSO support within Enterprise.
- Roam Research just signed a $48k subscription agreement with Vercel to host its "dotcom." Josh Brown (Co-founder & CTO) told us that Vercel is their favorite platform in their tech stack. "I don't touch Vercel, it just works." As one of the year's hottest startups, it's great seeing that Vercel is the platform that platforms are built upon.
- We also secured a small $18k land with Splunk to help their Innovation department, which has been spinning up lots of public resources around COVID. Yet another proof point of how Vercel's zero-config deployments make it easy for small teams to rapidly ship one-off campaigns and projects.
