We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support our corporate operations in domestic and international markets.
What you’ll be doing
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate operations in both domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reimbursement of expenses
- Account payable and receivables duties
- Data entry into accounting tools such as Xero.com and MF cloud.
- Liaison with accounting and tax companies in Singapore and Japan and bookkeeping
Required Skills
- Understanding and empathy towards company's vision and mission.
- Business-level experience of 3 or more years in corporate, accounting or related field, with proficiency in English.
- Experience in demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- PR/ Singapore Citizen. Resident in Singapore
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of Singaporean accounting laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with Singaporean tax codes and procedures.
- Experience in working in a start-up company
