This section is only required for those who are doing package upgrade. Follow the instructions to upgrade package to the latest version and enable all the new features for your users.

<aside> 💡 You might need to follow instructions for previous versions when performing an upgrade that skips many versions. For example when upgrading from 1.21 to 1.24, you will still have to follow instructions for versions 1.22, 1.23 and 1.24.

Page Layout changes

Following field changes were made on Juro Object Page Layouts

These changes are not applied automatically by installing the latest JURO managed package for the existing customers. To apply these changes Salesforce administrator should manually perform actions on the Juro Object page layouts. There are necessary actions for Juro Contract Page Layout listed below:

1. Go to Setup → Object Manager → JUROContract__c → Page Layouts → JURO Contract Layout.

2. Perform changes for the fields mentioned in the table above:

   • To make fields Read-Only – click the wrench icon next to the appropriate field and check Read-Only

   <aside> 💡 Users with 'Edit Read Only Fields' permission specified on their Profile or Permission Set will be able to edit these fields despite the Page Layout settings.

   </aside>

   <aside> 💡 If some field is marked as Read-Only already, then no actions required for it, continue with another one.

   </aside>

   

   

   • To remove the field – drag and drop the appropriate field out from the layout.

   <aside> 💡 Leave the Send Counterparty Sign Request checkbox if you are using Salesforce Classic Experience

   </aside>

   • To relocate the Contract Link fields – drag and drop Editable Contract, Read-Only Contract, and Signed Contact fields from the left Details section's side to the right one.

   

   • To add the JURO Template Name field – find it in the Fields section and drag and drop it on the Information section

3. To add the Send Signing Request button on the JURO Contract Layout:

   • Select the Mobile & Lightning Actions option
   • Click the "override the predefined actions" link on the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section

   

   • Find the Send Signing Request action and drag and drop to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section

   

   <aside> 💡 The Send Signing Request action is available for the Lightning Experience only. Leave the Send Counterparty Sign Request checkbox on the JURO Contract layout if you are using Salesforce Classic*.*

   </aside>

4. Save changes.

5. Check if the Contract layout is the same as on the picture below:

6. Repeat necessary steps for other objects mentioned in the table.
