We're all about expanding view points and perspectives, allowing people to become and understand more of themselves. Using Realtime is like waking up from the Matrix. Current video chat platforms are more utilitarian than social. We add life to video by providing speed of communication & the synchronous human connection.

As an engineer on team Realtime you'll use your skills, instinct, observation of data, and the feedback from others, to empower people to express the maximum version of themselves.
