These general conditions ("GC") govern the Services offered by Rise Financials BV/SRL, with registered office at Avenue du Roi 107, 1190 Brussels (Belgium), bearing company number 0741.614.389. Those GC can be accessed and printed at any time from our website: www.risecard.eu. The GC may, if necessary, be supplemented by special conditions which we will communicate to you.

In order to access and use our Site and Services (as defined below), you must first have completed your registration on our Site and unconditionally accepted the Contractual Documents (as defined below), which you declare and acknowledge having read, understood and accepted. This acceptance is materialized during your registration by clicking on "I accept the general terms and conditions of RISE and the Framework Agreement of TREEZOR" or any equivalent wording.

TABLE OF CONTENTS OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Définitions

The terms defined in the GC have the following meanings:

• "Personal Account": both the personal space allocated to the Holder and the personal space allocated to a User, accessible via the Site by entering the appropriate Identifier and password.
• "Application": our mobile applications, which can be downloaded on mobile phones and mobile tablets, in the iOS and Android operating systems.
• “Beneficiary”: natural or legal person acting as recipient of a Payment Transaction.
• “Card”: systematic authorisation card issued by Treezor in the name of the Holder or User. This can be a physical or virtual card.
• “GC": the present general conditions of RISE.
• "Bank Account": a bank account registered and opened in the name of the Holder with a credit institution in the European Union from which or to which the Holder may make transfers.
• “Economy Account”: an account to which a User can transfer money/funds from his or her Card Account in order to store them for savings purposes.
