Intercreativity and _Prtcl are both created by the same organization 🚀.

This organization is registered as a blockchain-based LLC in the State of Vermont, USA, and is governed through two DAOstack DAOs using the Ethereum Blockchain.

In addition, _Prtcl incorporation and operating agreements follow a custom organizational model called the "Reasonable Model".

"Reasonable" creates the required environment for incentivized development and rapid prototyping typical of a startup while, at the same time:

• It limits the founder's and investor's rights and guarantees a path to "exit-to-community".
• It leaves space for skilled contributors to flexibly get involved and be economically recognized for their contributions.

With this model, all the assets created and governed by Intercreativity and _Prtcl are legally locked down to be transferred to a non-profit organization (also DAO powered) that will represent the extended community of stakeholders of its ecosystem.
