Learning-by-Research (LbR) is a quarter-long program for UCLA-wide undergraduate students to pragmatically participate in research with specific learning objectives.
Specifically, students will sign up for a research task (updated quarterly below). For each task, once you complete the minimum viable product, email the lead person to discuss next-steps (or if you have any questions regarding the task specification).
AI has become pervasive in today's world. Almost everything you encounter in your daily life, from the alarm that wakes you up to the app you use to order dinner, is to some degree infused with AI.
Working in teams of 1-2, you will conduct an iterative process of designing AI-infused systems—think of this as an extended hack-a-thon.
