The community was started on May 11, 2021, and is now run by one female founder - Veronika Lindorenko.

As of now (November 20, 2023), it counts 1,959 participants in the Ū Hub Telegram chat.

Ū Mission

To support the innovative Belarusian IT business that is developing in Poland.

Ū Goals

• Share helpful information with BY startups via text guides/posts and by conducting offline/online events with experts
• Unite our community members in one place (chat & space)
• Help Ū-Members find a dream job/amazing employees for their startup team. We have a Job Board for this.
• Introduce startups to the Polish investors/accelerators since we have a list of these folks and warm contacts with them (Veronika knows all of them personally).
• Facilitate fundraising: checking pitch decks, training their pitches, holding hackathons, etc.
• Mentor them in marketing, product, and design. We have a list of experts who can help with this.
• Inspire startups by holding monthly meetings with founders from the closed founders club.
