Add an image file from your admin view by clicking on 'Upload asset' button. In the modal window that opens select 'Images (.jpg, .png, .gif)' and click on 'Select a file'. After a successful upload you will see a new asset added to the current collection. Thumbnail is generated for all uploaded images to keep the page loading time short.
