We are passionate investors who believe that a true people based partnership and open minded collaboration with entrepreneurs is at the core of systematic value creation. We are looking to partner with those who demonstrate that they are courageously ambitious while being relentlessly pragmatic, result driven and radically open minded.
About half our founders are serial entrepreneurs and the other half are first timers. We love them both. What's common to all of them is that they all had their pick of great funds to chose from, and found the best fit to partner with TPY.
We invest all the way from Seed to Series B rounds. We have a multistage approach; initial investment plus follow-on in subsequent rounds. In some cases, we’re open to secondary deals (both buy-side and sell-side).
$2m-$6m initial ticket for revenue-stage companies. Sweet spot is $0.5m to $10m in revenues. With additional capital from our co-investors, we can invest up to $15m as lead investor.
$500k-$2m initial investment for pre-revenue startups. We can lead a round of up to $6m alongside other investors.
