Summary

A Toasty Session consists of a Conference Room and an Activity Panel

The Host’s view is where hosts and co-hosts can pre-plan an Agenda, connect collaboration tools (e.g. Miro), and invite Participants to the Session

                                  Agenda 

The Participant’s view is where most people would join, and can interact with the activities planned by the Host.

• An Activity is the base unit of an Agenda
• You can have up to 300 people in a Session (ask Toasty for special config for more)
• When you plan or join a session, you start in the Main Room
• You can have Breakout Rooms in any of 3 ways:
  1. Manual assignment
  2. Based on Poll result
  3. Open “free to roam” topic rooms
