Most organizations treat their application process like a black box. Universities, jobs, and other organizations don’t tell you much. You apply, then wait. Maybe you get accepted, maybe you don’t.

TKS is different.

In this guide, we’re going to tell you exactly what we look for in TKS applications. You’ll have all the answers, but it’s still up to you to write a great application. Historically our acceptance rate has been between 10-20%, so it still won’t be easy. But hopefully this guide will help.
