The Strategic Relationship Manager Role

TKS trains young people to solve important problems in the world, and we're often asked "how do the students hear about you?" This is where you come in! You will be directly responsible for over 30%-applications and students finding TKS. The main channel you will be focusing on is schools and youth organizations. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with these institutions as a channel to reach curious and ambitious young people from around the world.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and youth organizations around the world - including principals, teachers, and non-profit leaders in the education community.
• Generate TKS applications by leveraging relationships with schools and student organizations via email and information sessions.
• Engage schools and youth-based organizations by creating and hosting valuable opportunities, like hosting guest speakers or organizing workshops for teachers.
