This role will sit in our Advisor Team and your mission will be to attract the best childminders for Tiney. You'll be the first person anyone speaks to - that's pretty cool and also a big responsibility.
You will need to be organised, work with urgency and really care about what you do, as you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of customers, up until the stage they start training as a Childminder.

✨ This role would be great if you...
- Have experience in childcare or childminding (either as a parent, practitioner, or both)
- Have a feel for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and why high-quality early education matters
- Love a conversation and feel comfortable talking to people who are weighing up a big life decision
✨ Logistics
- Freelance role, 3 month contract starting in August for 32 hours a week with potential to extend
- Working patterns will be Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
- Compensation: £18 per hour + bonus scheme (equivalent to up to 50% of your hourly compensation when targets are met)
