Once you have redeemed an experience on our platform, you will be expected to attend as scheduled. For our part, we will make every effort to provide you with adequate notice if an experience must be rescheduled and provide a new date as soon as we can.

If you must cancel your spot, please email us at team@timeauction.org in advance.

Our team works hard to organize the awesome experiences which are donated by generous donors. Late cancellation and no show will not be tolerated as you have taken the spot that could have been enjoyed by another volunteer on the waitlist. Our "one strike" policy respects both the reward donors and all of the volunteers on our platform.

Late Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation takes place within 1 week of the experience, a late cancellation fee of HK$100 will be charged. Time Auction team will notify the volunteer with payment instructions through email. No volunteer hours will be returned to the volunteer's account in the case of late cancellation.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up (cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no show), a no show penalty of HK$500 will be charged. Time Auction team will notify the volunteer with payment instructions through email. No volunteer hours will be returned to the volunteer's account in the case of no show.

Appeal Process

Suspension appeals may be granted under extenuating circumstances. If you want to proceed with an appeal, please contact us at team@timeauction.org.
