These Terms set the rules for participation in the Thieve Affiliate Program (“the Program”). They exist to prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the program. By joining or participating, you agree to follow them.

1. Purpose

The Program is designed to reward people who genuinely promote Thieve and bring new paying users. We value honest promotion and fair participation.

Thieve reserves the right to decide what counts as valid promotion and whether any payment is due.

2. Fair Use & Integrity

Affiliates must:

• Promote Thieve in good faith and in ways that reflect positively on the brand.
• Comply with all relevant advertising laws, disclosure requirements, and platform policies.
• Use only the official affiliate links or assets provided by Thieve.

Thieve may review affiliate activity at any time to confirm it aligns with these principles.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not:

• Bid on or target “Thieve,” “thieve.co,” or similar brand terms in paid ads.
• Use misleading, deceptive, or automated methods to generate clicks, sign-ups, or payments.
• Drop cookies, use browser extensions, scripts, bots, or any technical trick to create false referrals.
• Engage in spam, unauthorized emails, or promotions on inappropriate or illegal sites.
• Take any action that manipulates tracking, misrepresents Thieve, or harms Thieve’s reputation.
