The Daily Standup isn't just about tasks - it's about connection. So, sip your coffee, embrace the dance of Done, In Progress, and Challenges, and let's build remarkable software - one huddle at a time!
No one-size-fits-all, my friend
The very first step before starting a project is choosing the way your project function
There are 2 types: Agile and Waterfall. They aren't rivals; they're tools in our builder's toolbox💼.

- For Smaller Project
- Waterfall might suffice. Stable requirements, like a snug nook in the branches.
- Imagine planning a tiny library - bookshelves, beanbags, and fairy lights, and don’t need to change much
- For Larger Endeavors
- Agile shines. Evolving needs, like constructing a whole village.
- Picture a marketplace - vendors, alleys, and laughter echoing through the streets. You may have to revise the plan according to the scope of that project, weather, human resources,…
So, how does Agile project management actual process work?
It's about creating memories

Act I: Define (Gather Initial Requirements)
-
You🙍🏻♀️: Imagine sketching out the treehouse on a napkin. You jot down ideas - trapdoors, secret passages, and a cozy reading nook.
-
Teammate A🤓: "What about a slide? Every treehouse needs a slide!"
-
Teammate B🧐: "And fairy lights! They make everything magical."

Act II: Build (Add Features Incrementally)
- You🙍🏻♀️: Nail by nail, branch by branch, the treehouse takes shape. You add the swing, the ladder, and the tiny mailbox.
- Teammate A🤓: "The swing should face the sunrise!"
- Teammate B🧐: "And let's carve our initials on the ladder."
