Performance Marketing Specialist (1)
The Acquisition Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, analytical person who understands User behaviors and can identify campaigns that have the greatest ROI. We require a driven Team Member who understands various marketing channels and has an eye for great performance optimization. This role requires a detailed understanding of the digital advertising industry, strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and expertise is AARRR. You must be able to demonstrate a clear ability to identify how to best optimize campaigns that drive audience growth and retention. An in-depth knowledge of K-Pop is a plus but also the ability to spot new tools, tactics and market trends and apply them to discover new growth opportunities.
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies with a focus on performance marketing across various channel such as ASO, Apple Search Ad, display ads, social media and email, etc.
- Optimize media mix and target appropriate market segment to ensure a positive MROI and achieve user acquisition/engagement/retention KPIs
- Create & deploy long-term paid media strategy with hard performance goals as the key KPI - Paid search, key word mining & research, programmatic display, social retargeting Affiliate marketing, and co-op partnership, etc.
- Drive full-funnel paid and organic social efforts on the most effective channels.
- Define, track, and evaluate KPIs across performance and direct response channels (email, ASO, retargeting, referrals, and existing members of theQoos).
- Continually optimize digital marketing campaigns based on site traffic data by using web analytic tools.
- Collaborate with Social Media & Marketing Manager in an effort to optimize campaigns and programs based on real-time performance and the ROI
- Meet metrics and achieve the desirable actions like leads, sign-ups, conversion and retention
- Work with Content Team/Social Media Manager for personalized campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Facebook advertising, SEM, email marketing and other digital platforms used for customer acquisition
- 2~3+ years of digital marketing & performance marketing experience
- Problem solver with data-driven and data-informed mindset
- Advanced in Google Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
