⚡ 2-Minute Express Vocal Warm-Up
A quick, no-fuss vocal warm-up to get your voice ready when you’re short on time.
⏱️ Step 1: Breath Reset (30 seconds)
- Inhale slowly through your nose (count of 4)
- Exhale through your mouth (count of 6)
- Repeat 3 times
- Roll your shoulders and shake out tension while doing this
Goal: Calm nerves, activate diaphragmatic breathing
⏱️ Step 2: Lip Buzz & Humming (30 seconds)

Lip trill: Blow air through relaxed lips like a “brrrr”
→ Do this for ~15 seconds while sliding pitch up and down

Hum: Close lips and hum while gently vibrating your chest
Goal: Loosen up vocal cords without strain
⏱️ Step 3: Face + Tongue Loosen-Up (30 seconds)
- Exaggerate a yawn and smile
- Say these clearly, once fast & once slow:
- “Red leather, yellow leather”
- “Unique New York”
Goal: Wake up your mouth muscles for clean articulation
