What is a Minimum Viable Hologram?

Minimum Viable Hologram is a 2 hour experience learning and using the communication techniques of the The Hologram. This is a one time event meant to help you experience the Hologram model.

Before Booking

  1. Invite three friends who you trust to join you for a call. For the holographic session, you will need to call in your triangle. Your triangle is composed of three people that care for you and who will experiment with The Hologram practice with you. Who will you invite? Here are some useful questions to ask yourself:
    1. Whose attention and care do I like to receive?
    2. Who do I know that works well in groups?
    3. Who asks good questions?
    4. What three people would make me feel comfortable, open and excited if I were to enter a room with them?
  2. Book a session using the Acuity calendar. Upon scheduling your session, you will receive an email with a Jitsi link to your session and details including the date and time of your session. You will be with one of our facilitators, and you will find out who it is after you choose a time. If you want to learn more about your facilitator, you can check out their bios above.
  3. Once your Triangle is confirmed, send them the MVH preparation template (see below) and you're all set!
  4. Upon completing your MVH you will be sent a survey to fill out for any feedback you have about your experience.
  5. If you have any questions, or need further support, please contact Hannah at [email protected]

Invitation Letter to Send to Your Triangle:

Please feel free to edit and send this to your friends when you want to set up your MVH.

Dear friend,

I'm writing to invite you to join me in an online ritual. It will take 2 hours, online. The meeting will include you, me and two other friends plus a facilitator. We will be experimenting with a peer support model called The Hologram. This is a forcefully optimistic process, and I hope it will be useful for you, as I know it will be for me.

If you say yes you will be contributing to an experiment in peer to peer healthcare - with its roots in an integrative care model developed within the Social Solidarity Clinic movement in Greece, in response to the financial and migrant crisis. All our crises are connected, as we know more every day. You can read about the project here.

There are appointments available on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I'm putting three dates and times that work for me. Would you let me know if any of these times also work for you?

It would be amazing if you wanted to be involved, and I'd be happy to share more about the project if you need any clarifications.

Yours,

xx
