You have two options and the choice is fairly simple. If you have €25,000 that you want to put into the company right now, create a Gmbh! 😎
If you don’t have €25,000 burning a hole in your pocket, go with the cheaper and simplified version: the UG (mini-GmbH), which only requires €350 in capital. The only downside to the UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is its name. “haftungsbeschränkt” means limited liability
And don’t worry, you can always upgrade to a GmbH later when the company’s earning revenue. 💸
