Verslaaf Studio is committed to delivering high quality creative services. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of creative and production services, all payments made to Verslaaf Studio are generally non refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project Based Services

For project based engagements:

• Payments made prior to the start of work may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• Once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the amount of work completed.
• Any approved refund will exclude costs already incurred, including but not limited to production expenses, third party services, and labor.

3. Retainers

Monthly retainers are non refundable once the service period has begun. Unused hours or services within a billing period do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing timelines may vary based on payment provider policies.
