Lately, there's been coined terms/psychological phenomenons popping up like The Impostor Syndrome vs The Dunning–Kruger Effect, ****different ends of the competence spectrum, that people experience. But there's another mental model concept I recently read on Shane Parrish's blog, Farnam Street, about The Circle of Competence which has been used over the years by Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger as a way to focus investors on only operating in areas they knew best.
