Operations Associate at TerraWatch (Contractor, Full-time)

TerraWatch Space is an independent Earth Observation (EO) advisory and market research firm — we provide strategic consulting services, publish the TerraWatch newsletter, convene the EO Summit, and are about to launch a new live cohort course on EO ("The Business of Earth Observation") in March 2026.

We are looking for an Operations Associate to own and lead day-to-day execution across course ops + newsletter ops + event ops.

Role type

• Contractor, full-time (5 days/week)

• Start: Early-Mid February 2026

• Initial term: Until end of June 2026 (with potential to convert into full-time)

• Location/time zone: Remote, Europe time zones preferred (CET ±2)

  (You must be able to support live course sessions in March — Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons CET)

Compensation

• Monthly compensation: €2,500 - €5,000 (to be adjusted based on experience).

Your Responsibilities

1) Course operations (TerraWatch Course: The Business of EO)

You will run the operational layer end-to-end so delivery feels smooth and premium (even with a lightweight tool stack).

• Maintain the Course Hub on Notion (single source of truth)
• Organise content in Google Drive (clear structure, version control)
