As well as having access to all of the jobs on the platform and being able to get your profile in front of companies by applying, we also have a clever algorithm that is working away in the background, matching you to roles, to further support your job search.

The algo will match you to roles that meet your preferences and where your profile shows you have the skills or experience the company are looking for. The main two ways it does this is by taking into account your previous roles and the skills you have listed on your profile, most notably in your skills section - which is why these sections are so important you fill them in in detail.

When you are matched to a role you will receive an email letting you know and asking you to come into the platform and apply or set the role as ‘not interested’. Applying to the role adds further weight to you as a matched candidate from the company’s side, particularly if you leave a note. If you set a role as ‘not interested’ you will be unmatched with the role and the company will no longer have access to your profile via that job.
