Assignmen Tracker
About this template
One day, a classmate complained about us having an overwhelming number of assignments, making it difficult to keep track. Another classmate suggested that, as Computer Science students, we should build assignment-tracking software. I had some free time, so I decided to create it using Notion, which isn’t just productivity software—it’s also a powerful tool for building your own custom solutions. In less than an hour, I built a tracking system that my class now uses to stay organized. I've also shared it with students from other departments at my university.
How It Works:
- The dashboard functions as a website, accessible to everyone in our class via a shared link.
- Course representatives have edit access to the template, allowing them to create, update, and delete assignments.
- Each assignment entry includes the course name, professor’s name, submission deadline, mode of submission, submission status, and notes on the assignment’s grade contribution and any special requirements from the professor.
