They way it works is that each member will have their own individual page where the can record all their metrics, points, projects and invoicing (through their own financial tab).

For projects more of the same. You can keep track of who is part o which project, what are their tasks, status and much more. The projects can also have their own financial account so you can keep track of the invoicing and expenses of each project separately.
