Year-Month-Day Scheduler

Designed based on a "Year-Month-Day" schedule/planning method. Yearly Blueprint is the big picture, which includes projects that you are willing to commit for the next couple of years. Monthly Tracking Log is an at-hand task tracking tool for your day-to-day schedule.
1. To-Do-Propjects/Yearly Blueprint: This is the big picture of the projects you want to do for the next couple of years. Items will appear here when the "Yearly Planned" tag is checked. To boost up your productivity, please don't include more than 5 projects here.
2. Not-To-Do-Projects: Any interesting ideas or projects you are willing to do besides the ones in "Yearly Blueprint" can be logged here. The idea is to make sure you don't actually work on any projects in this list until something is completed in the "Yearly Blueprint".
3. Monthly Tracking Log: This is a Gantt style chart with a timeline so that you can track your project time easily. You can just add/duplicate new items within this page.
4. God View: This is just a list of all the items in this database for your reference.

P.S.
In the early version of Year-Month-Day Scheduler, there are Weekly tracking Sheet and 1-Day-To-Do views included. However, based on my personal practice, these kind of task tracking can be done much more efficient on paper(like a normal size notebook or a hand-size notebook), since day-to-day tasks schedule are by nature much more dynamic and due to changes comparing to monthly or yearly plans, people also tend to refer back to those daily plans more frequently in a day. Under such circurmonstances, I rip off the weekly and daily templates.
