A system for life

One quote I love from the book Atomic habits is “You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” This inspired me to build a personal system that helps me to stay intentional in my day-to-day and sets me up to achieve the goals I have.

Hi there! 👋 I'm a 20-something trying to figure out life.

The motive for creating and using this was simple - I wanted to live every day intentionally and become a lil closer to the person I want to be every day. I realized that the hardest thing of keeping on track for the goals/vision is to implement and make progress towards it in the day-to-day. So, I created this "personal system" with the goal to integrate my goals into my daily lives three years ago. It took many iterations for this template to evolve to where it is today, but I'm finally at a state where I'm happy with it and would like to share it with anyone who find it helpful. 😊


What you will get in this template
💫 The yearly overview - where you can define your top goals, break them down to milestones, and track your progress
💫 The monthly plan - where you can define your top focus of the month, have your weekly/daily TODO list, and do your monthly reflection
💫 The habit tracker - this tracker is embedded into each of the monthly plan, so you will be able to see your completion for each habit on a monthly or yearly basis. (bonus: I built this habit tracker to include a gratitude journal as well, so I now have a log of all the gratitudes I have throughout the year that I can always go back to on a rainy day 🌧️)
