Monthly Budget

The top table allows for oversight of your personal finances in one glance. This table will show whether you are on budget or over for a given month and weather your total financial status has improved fro the previous month (ie. gain/loss).
The first toggled menu allows you to fill out your income which will be automatically added to the overview. You can choose from various income categories or create more.
The second section is for budgeted and actual expenses. Add budgeted expenses months ahead to have an oversight of future financial states. The last column of this table will show you whether you are on budget for that line item. You can chose from various expenditure categories. At the bottom of this section there is a table to help keep track of any variable expenses. At the end of the month you can see how much is added up and write this into your actual expenses table.
At the bottom is a place to fill in opening balances on as many accounts as needed for each month. At the end of each month, the closing balance can be adjusted with what is in various accounts at that time.
To have a forecast of your finances at the end of the year, fill in the opening balance section with expected opening balances according to the expected closing balances calculated in the top table.
