I have autism, and one of the things I've had to learn is how to keep track of my energy level to maintain a healthy balance. Because the world is built for neutorypical people, the energy levels of people with autism can be drained quickly if they don't pay attention to what they're doing. However, if you don't have autism, this template might still be helpful to you.
This template functions as a worksheet to help you find out what signs your body gives you about your energy level. By paying more attention to your body and writing down these signs you can become more aware of your energy level and start taking action when your energy gets low. There is also a table that helps you find out what activities give and take energy. When your energy gets low, try to do less activities that take energy and more that give energy. This might sound simple, but it's helped me a lot to write it all down in one place and be more aware of what I spend my time on. I hope it can do the same for you!
