Hi there! I’ve recently started using a TechTree Bounty board - a curated list of open tech roles from fast-growing tech companies across Europe which I share with my community on a regular basis!
The interesting things is, each role on my Bounty board has a reward that can be claimed by my network for referring their friends to the jobs - think of it as the money that typically gets paid to a recruiter and a better incentive to get great recommendations!

⚙ How it Works
- Choose your roles: Let TechTree know which roles you need help with via the registration form.
- Create a budget for the role: Set a Bounty fee at any level you like - the bigger the Bounty, the more attractive!
- Publish: Once your roles are live on TechTree, they’ll also be shared:
- On my Bounty board - enabling me to share it across my network!
- Your own company’s Bounty board - You’ll get your very own Bounty board enabling you to share across your company channels
- Team & Network - enabling individuals from your team & network to share in their with their friends
💰 Pricing
- £200 per month [incl. 14-day trial]
- Access new candidates in my audience!
- Access TechTree’s referral platform to leverage your team and network to increase the number of referrals you receive, by offering them a much better UX and incentive than traditional referral programs.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled on a monthly basis
- You set the Bounty at any level you like - you can set different levels for different roles.
