Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Aime Global AS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Techfit application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1.1 No Medical Advice: The App, including its AI Chatbot and Food Logging features, provides information for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a medical device, and the AI Coach is NOT a doctor, nutritionist, or healthcare professional. The insights provided are not medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or prescriptions.
1.2 Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
1.3 Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release Aime Global AS from any and all liability for any physical injury, health complication, or death that may result from your use of the App. You acknowledge that you voluntarily engage in physical activity and dietary changes at your own risk.
2.1 Risk of "Hallucinations": The App utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content. You acknowledge that AI technology is probabilistic and prone to errors known as "hallucinations." The App may provide information that is plausible-sounding but factually incorrect, outdated, or unsafe.
2.2 User Verification Required: You agree to independently verify any critical health data (such as calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns, or exercise forms) provided by the AI. Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.
2.3 No Warranty of Accuracy: Aime Global AS makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated responses.
By downloading the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms required by Apple Inc.: 3.1 Parties: These Terms are concluded between you and Aime Global AS only, and not with Apple. Aime Global AS is solely responsible for the App and its content.
3.2 Maintenance: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
3.3 Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
3.4 Claims: Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
3.5 Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
